Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any Will White Fitness service; digital, online, virtual or in-person as listed on this site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. You are also agreeing that you are voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise, and your participation involves a risk of injury

Payments

All payments via the Will White Fitness website for our services; Personal Training, Online Coaching are via a direct bank transfer or pay via Paypal.

Personal Training Services

Are subject to change at the discretion of Will White Fitness. One-to-One (and semi-private) personal training services include; the delivery of 60-minute workouts; virtually (live video stream e.g. Zoom) or in-person (GymBox Bank, bespoke programme design and nutrition support. We require the completion of a PAR-Q (Physically Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before commencing any personal training service for insurance purposes. 

Personal Training Credit:

Credit Blocks - Are currently sold in Silver, Gold and Platinum packs and have and expire after 150 days. Any session credits not used within the valid period will expire and to continue any ongoing personal training with Will White Fitness you will need to purchase more session credits.

Session Slot Policy

You will automatically attain your personal training slot(s) each week when purchasing session credit blocks. However, should you take prolonged breaks from your sessions regardless of how much credit you have, you risk losing your preferred training slot due to limited peak training slots. Should you provide notice of long periods when you cannot train, we will do our best to accommodate and retain your preferred time/days

Session Cancellation Policy

Will White Fitness require a minimum of 24hrs notice to any one-to-one (or semi-private) personal training session changes or cancellations. Booking cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will result in a full session charge/loss of session credit. However, we may not charge for cancellations with less than 24hrs in extenuating circumstances. Bookings for bank holidays or other public holidays will require a minimum of 48hrs notice for cancellation or change of session booking.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any Will White Fitness Services as standard. The payment represents the support and preparation outside of sessions as well as the sessions themselves. 

Communication

Wherever possible I will respond to any communications within 24hrs during the week. Not including holidays or weekends. 

Injury Rehabilitation Policy

I understand that there are times when you may not be able to participate in the session due to an injury. However, this does not mean you should not train at all. As long as you give me 24hrs notice we can plan an alternative session for you to take into consideration your injury. It is important to keep the momentum going.

Certification and Insurance

I am a level 3 certified Personal Trainer and have all the appropriate levels of insurance.
